Refund Policy:
- Please note that no refund will be issued after the order is successfully delivered. Please check the Sofa / Bed very carefully at the time of delivery and if there is any fault please send the product back with delivery team at same time.
Exchange Policy:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please send it back with delivery team.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for exchange.
- If the item is eligible for exchange, we will process the exchange within 30 business days.
- Please note if the order is delivered then no return will be processed.
