Before Delivery
To help our delivery team complete your order safely and efficiently, please ensure the following:
- Ensure clear access to your property for our delivery team
- Confirm there are no parking restrictions near your address. Our couriers typically operate with large 3.5-ton vans, so adequate space is essential
- Measure all doors, hallways, staircases, and access points to verify your furniture can fit through. We recommend a minimum width of 75 cm for safe delivery. If access points are narrower, please contact us before placing an order
- Standard delivery includes delivery to your front door or ground-floor hallway. Delivery to upper floors or specific rooms may incur an additional fee
- You will receive a message 24 hours before delivery with a 4-hour time window
- You will also receive a 1-hour notice on the day of delivery. Please ensure someone aged 18+ is available to receive your order
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 5 PM are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next day
- Orders placed after 4 PM on Saturday are processed on Monday
- A team member will contact you to confirm the next available delivery window
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver most orders within 9-14 working days after purchase confirmation.
Deliveries operate 7 days a week, and our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.

Sofista Living Ltd delivers across Mainland UK with the following rates:
- England: Free Delivery
- Scotland: £50 Delivery Fee
- Wales: £50 Delivery Fee
- Northern Ireland: £100 Delivery Fee
These charges reflect regional courier costs, distance, and logistical requirements.
Areas We Do Not Deliver To
We currently do not deliver to the following locations:
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Scottish Islands (including Orkney, Shetland, Hebrides)
- Channel Islands
- Isles of Scilly
- Any offshore or remote island postcodes

Missed Deliveries
To ensure a smooth process:
- You will receive a 4-hour time slot the day before delivery
- You will receive a 1-hour notice on the delivery day
If no one is available to receive the delivery and the item is returned to us:
- A re-delivery fee equal to your original delivery charge will apply
Changing Your Delivery Date
- You may reschedule your delivery by providing at least 48 hours’ notice
- Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may incur a £50 rescheduling fee
- If you reschedule on the day of delivery after dispatch, a full re-delivery charge will apply
